Development Update #2, Avgard

    Its time for an update,

    We've been working on the project at full throttle.

    First off, welcome our new developers!

    @Amitgp is our new lighting and level designer.

    @HugeJackedMan is a level designer, programmer, and overall general designer.

    EMPHyperDrive is one of our new programmers and scene designers.

    As for what's going on in the game, we're laying out and designing areas all across the great world of EverEmber. We have been building the new Avgard, tidying up Darom, making the Reapers Cavern, Dragons Pasture, the new SkyIsland, Etc... All in due time. With the size of the team, we have plenty of exciting things coming!

    Not to spoil anything, but we'll start revealing various game mechanics and areas, as well as their function. The game is a small 2x2 mile island, but it has plenty to explore! Knowing how the old EverEmber Online was, and its relatively small size, getting place to place isn't too much a hastle, but due to the hardcore open world nature of the project, small distance means more people to encounter.

    Today we'll reveal a small screenshot of the work in progress of Avgard.

    This week will have two posts to make up for the lack of one last week! The next one will be Friday.
